Ingredients
¾ Cup flour 3 Tbsp butter, softened
4oz. pkg instant vanilla pudding 28oz can sliced peaches
½ tsp salt 8oz pkg cream cheese
½ cup milk ½ cup plus 1 Tbsp sugar, divided
1 egg, lightly beaten ½ tsp cinnamon
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease 9” or 10” round baking dish or pie pan
3. Combine flour, pudding mix & salt in a medium bowl and mix well. Add
milk, egg & butter, stirring until well blended. With lightly floured
hands, pat over bottom and sides of pan.
4. Drain peaches, reserving 3 tablespoons of juice. Arrange peach slices
on crust.
5. Beat cream cheese, ½ cup sugar and peach juice well; spread over
peaches; sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar & cinnamon over top.
6. Bake 30 minutes or until set. Let stand until cool. Chill covered in
refrigerator.
