SOUR CREAM BISCUITS

 

 

These biscuits are light and fluffy. Delicious. Prep time approx 10 minutes. Cook time: approx. 12 minutes. Makes 1 dozen

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup sour cream
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ tablespoons water

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix together flour, salt baking soda and baking powder. Add sour cream and mix to a soft dough. Add additional water if necessary.

2. With well floured hands shape dough into round biscuit shapes. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes.
