Ron, Did Ed name the people in the picture? Starting at the back, was Nilda's relief and Secretary/Translator, didn't know the 2nd guy, 3rd is ET2 Bill Ruff, don't know 4th, 5th ET2 Bert Pineda, now CDR Pineda, 6th SKC Juan San Juan, now retired SKCM, 7th RMC Garcia, Bottom row were all students with exception of 1st from left is ET1 Fidel (Marty) Martinez now retired ETCS, 2nd CDR Hoever, who later made Capt and transferred to CO NAVCOMMSTA Greece, his relief was the first female CO of NCS Balboa and followed with the first female CO/XO @ any NCS, and last on right ETCS Ed Collins.
